About Me
Intentional movement has always been a major part of my life. I am an adventure seeker at heart, and yoga has helped me find balance. The practice of yoga found me at an early age, revealing to me a deeper understanding of myself and those around me. Teaching has become an extension of my practice. I practice yoga because it helps me find my equilibrium, it resets my mind, and it nurtures my body and spirit.

I received my Bachelors of Science in Integrative Health Care and Holistic Medicine. I have traveled extensively to study yoga, health and wellness, and movement around the world and enjoy sharing the different philosophies and styles that I have encountered, ranging from:, Vinyasa flow, Yin, Restorative, Mat Pilates, Meditation, Yoga Therapy, and Massage in addition to other fitness routines. Ultimately, I share yoga through my sincere love for the practice, lighthearted approach and enjoyment of music to movement flow.

PRIVATE LESSONS

Enjoy a yoga class at your own home with peace and comfort. This is a great way to strengthen your practice with more individual attention. It is a wonderful gift to enjoy yoga for wedding celebrations, birthdays, vacations and all celebrations alike!

I will provide Mats, in addition to driving to any location on island to teach. Using studio space mid-island, or having a class on the beautiful beaches of Nantucket can also be arranged.

YOGA INSTRUCTION
I teach a variety of yoga classes catering to individual persons or groups depending upon their needs. I love to keep the flow moving, help people feel a sense of strength but also to let the body decompress and enjoy the benefits of the practice.
HOLISTIC YOGA
Yoga can be accessible to all individuals. In all its different forms, yoga is about empowering individuals to connect more with their bodies and minds. I offer one on one, relaxing, hands on sessions to help those who need a little bit more assistance or have various injuries or ailments that they are working with.
YOGA - PILATES
The fusion of pilates and yoga is a contemporary way of combining the flexibility of yoga with the power conditioning of pilates. I enjoy offering classes that incorporate multiple practices to encourage strength building and stability.
